Please ask us before you order. We will tell you exactly what applies to the piece you are interested in.
We would rather be clear than make a promise we cannot keep, so we do not publish a blanket returns policy. What is possible depends on the piece.
Before you order
- Ask us anything about the fabric, fit, colour or size — we can measure the piece and send you more photos.
- Personalized and made-to-order pieces are made for you, so please be sure of the name, spelling and colours before we begin.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged or is not what we agreed, message us on WhatsApp with a photo as soon as you can and we will put it right.
